1. How do I place an order?

  1. Simply log on to www.dovecomputers.co.ke,
  2. Please search for your product using our search functionality
  3. Add the product(s) to your cart
  4. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Write your billing and shipping details.
  6. Place the order. You can Pay via M-pesa or Pay on delivery.

2. How can I get a quotation?

3. When will my order be delivered?

All deliveries within Nairobi will be delivered within 1-2 hours provided they are made within our working hours (Monday- Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5p:00pm). All orders made outside our working hours or on Sunday will be delivered the next day.

All deliveries outside Nairobi area will be done within 24hrs.

4. Will I pay for delivery?

Free deliveries on within Nairobi CBD. We charge a small fee which ranges from 200-500 KES for deliveries within the Nairobi metropolitan area.

For orders outside Nairobi, the shipping or delivery fees will depend on the courier service used.

5. Do you deliver countrywide?

Yes, we deliver to all major towns in Kenya.

6. Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, but only for deliveries within the Nairobi Area.

8. Do your products have warranty?

Yes, all our products are covered by standard warranty.

9. Is there a return policy?

Yes, all our products have return policy. If you have any difficulty, please reach out to us via email info@dovecomputers.co.ke or call/WhatsApp 0726032320. You can also use our social media pages to reach out.

10. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Lipa Na M-Pesa on our official till number 120534 (Dove Computers).

Bank transfers must be successfully completed upon issuance of an official invoice or equivalent before any deliveries are made.

12. Can one pay for a product in installments?

We are currently offering this arrangement only for our pre-certified corporate clients. Please write to us via mail at info@dovecomputers.co.ke for more clarification or to make a request for this facility.

13. How can I track my order?

You can track it by visiting our ‘Track Your Order’ page and enter your order number and billing email. Your order number is available on your order confirmation email that you will receive soon after completing an order on Dove Computers online shop.

14. Where is my order number?

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive and email confirming the order placement. The email has your order details including order number, billing address etc.

15. Can I sell on Dove Computers online store?

We are currently not accepting third party sellers on our platform. Reach out to us via email info@dovecomputers.co.ke if you have any questions.

16. What if I’m not happy with the products received?

If you have any queries or concerns with products purchased from Dove Computers, please call our office IMMEDIATELY on +254726032320.

17. How do I cancel an order I made online?

You can cancel your order by calling us via +254726032320 or by simply logging in to your account created while checking out, and cancel the order(s) listed under “My Orders”.
