1. How do I place an order?

  2. Please search for your product using our search functionality
  3. Add the product(s) to your cart
  4. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Write your billing and shipping details.
  6. Place the order. You can Pay via M-pesa or Pay on delivery.

  1. All deliveries within Nairobi will be delivered within 1-2 hours provided they are made within our working hours (Monday- Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-5p:00pm). All orders made outside our working hours or on Sunday will be delivered the next day.
  2. All deliveries outside Nairobi area will be done within 24hrs
  1. Free deliveries on within Nairobi CBD. We charge a small fee which ranges from 200-500 KES for deliveries within the Nairobi metropolitan area.
  2. For orders outside Nairobi, the shipping or delivery fees will depend on the courier service used.

  1. You can track it by visiting our ‘Track Your Order’ page and enter your order number and billing email. Your order number is available on your order confirmation email that you will receive soon after completing an order on Dove Computers online shop.

  1. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive and email confirming the order placement. The email has your order details including order number, billing address etc.
